WEBSITE POLICIES 1. PRICE Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Shipments are free of charge to any destination but please note that any shipments to destinations outside of the UK  may be subject to import duties and taxes and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duties on your incoming purchase. All published prices are subject to change at any time without further notice. 2.ORDERS  All orders are subject to acceptance by us. If there is an error in the ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control we are entitled not to treat the order as being binding on us. 3.PAYMENT Payment can be made online by debit or credit card. Despatch of your order will not take place until we are satisfied that the payment has been processed.. All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. 4.DELIVERY Please allow approximately 2 weeks for despatch of your order. All of the items for purchase on this website are handmade. While we may already have some items made, most will be made to order in particular articles where we offer a choice of length of chain or ring size. No times or dates are guaranteed. 5.RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY We accept returns as long as they are returned unworn in the original packaging, accompanied by a sales reciept within 14 days of delivery date. Please use Special Delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method minus postage and packaging. 6.PHOTOGRAPHY Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. 7.IMPORTANT INFORMATION We have taken great care to describe our jewellery accurately.
